Ayam Balado – Balado is a type of hot and spicy bumbu (spice mixture) found in Minang cuisine of West Sumatra, Indonesia. It has since spread through the rest of Indonesia 

Rendang – A slow-cooked dish of beef, coconut milk, and aromatic spices such as lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric. This dish is traditionally served with rice and is a staple in Indonesian cuisine.

Gado-Gado – A refreshing and colorful salad made with a variety of cooked and raw vegetables, tofu, and bean sprouts. It is dressed with a sweet and tangy peanut sauce.

Sate – Skewered and grilled meat (chicken, beef, or pork) served with a spicy peanut sauce.

Sambal – is a spicy condiment that is typically used as a dip, spread, or topping for various dishes. It is made with a combination of chilies, garlic, shallots, and other ingredients that are ground into a smooth paste or sauce. Sambal sauce can vary in spiciness and flavor depending on the ingredients used, with some versions being mild and others extremely hot.
